Referral Process
All patients will require a physician’s written prescription for Physical Therapy. Orders may be faxed to us at (601) 445-6765 or brought to the first Physical Therapy session. Treatment cannot begin without this prescription. Appointments can be made by calling during the office hours of 8:00 am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Please verify that your insurance covers outpatient Physical Therapy at Natchez Community Hospital. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.
